Introduction to McNab Sport
McNab Sport was established in 1985 and provides a sales and contracting service (for natural and synthetic surfaces) to local authorities, golf, football, rugby, hockey, bowling and tennis clubs.
In addition, we also carry out maintenance of artificial surfaces, including 2G/3G and sand based pitches, as well as cleaning and re-lining of tennis courts, hard surfaces and MUGAs.
Accreditations
We are immensley proud to have held a Royal Warrant from the Monarch for over 20 years, and currently hold a Royal Warrant from His Majesty The King, Charles III.
We are accredited with Once for All (formerly Constructionline), Once for All H&S (formerly Acclaim) and RESET, and hold a SEPA Waste Carriers Licence, as well as being Members of GMA (formerly Institute of Groundsmanship), BIGGA and SAPCA.
Our work covers the whole of Scotland and Northern England.
McNab Sport is an official distributor for Harrod Sport, providing a full range of sports equipment and accessories.
JOB OPPORTUNITY
An exciting opportunity for a person required to carry out groundsperson duties based in Kinross but travelling across Perthshire.
Previous experience in groundsmanship or greenkeeping would be an advantage, but is not essential. The job entails working on synthetic sports surfaces, with duties including tractor driving with attached machinery. Applicants must have a full driving licence to be able to tow trailers on the highway.
Part-Time Groundsperson, Perth/Kinross
Wage is dependent on qualifications and experience but exceeds national minimum wage. Working hours will be 16+ hours per week/2 days per week.
