Anti-microbial artificial surface sanitizer

Artificial surfaces can provide a breeding ground for bacteria, mould, algae and fungi. Contamination of the artificial surface occurs from organic matter and debris from animals and birds, as well as players.

We use an anti-microbial sanitizer which is sprayed on the surface and provides a barrier that protects against germs and infections.

The sanitizer controls odours, slippery algae, black mould and staining of the artificial carpet, allowing a cleaner, safer playing surface.

The sanitizer works against contamination by pathogens such as MRSA, influenza H1N1, Campylobacter and staphylococcus, (and coronavirus strains) which can be found on synthetic surfaces.

We recommend that artificial surfaces should be treated with the sanitizer three times per year.
