Fertilising
McNab Sport uses a tractor mounted fertiliser spreader to distribute fertiliser granules. Fertiliser is applied via spinning disc applicator which evenly dispenses it onto the grass surface. For liquid fertilisers, a boom sprayer is used for application.
During the growing season, high nitrogen fertiliser is applied to stimulate growth and in the autumn, low nitrogen is applied which keeps the roots healthy over the dormant winter months.

We use a tractor GPS guidance system for exact measurements when spreading/spraying, for covering the area with minimal skips and overlaps.
